Innate Technosoft

This Company Policy (the “Policy”) is made ON 1st of AUGUST 2021 and comes into existence on the same date. This Policy will be utilized and applied to all workers and staff members of the following party:

Innate Technosoft (the “Company”), a company registered under the commisionerate of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises  that is legally organized and existing as per the provisions of THE COMPANIES ACT, 2013.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Policy’s terms and conditions are as follows:

PURPOSE

Innate Technosoft  has created this Policy for the purpose of administering and clarifying to all employees and staff members of the Company’s general policy in terms of its objectives, operations, and future plans while laying the foundation for employees and staff members in terms of conduct and expected performance in order to achieve said objectives, operations, and future plans.

SCOPE

This policy applies to all of our employees regardless of employment agreement or rank.

OBJECTIVES

This Policy aims to achieve the following objectives

  1. To educate all the employees about the policies and procedures of the company
  2. Take all necessary measures to ensure that all employees and staff members of the Company adhere to the Company Policies terms and conditions.
  3. Establish and create an environment open to suggestions from any and all individuals of the Company which will help improve this Company Policy.

E. POLICY PROPER

1. EMPLOYEE CONDUCT

All Company employees and staff members are expected to abide by the following code of conduct set forth:

  1. There shall be strict use of formal language in official communications. All the mails, letters and documents should be typed and communicated in a formal manner.
  2. There shall be no usage of consumption of liquor or smoking inside the office building.
  3. Dress code should be neatly maintained and proper grooming is expected.
  4. Office internet should not be used for any other purpose apart from official works or education.
  5. Sharing of knowledge and innovative ideas are expected and very well encouraged.
  6. Employees, irrespective of rank or level should strictly maintain confidentiality about the projects being carried out and about the clients. There shall be no inappropriate usage or leak of confidential information and secrecy.

2. WORKING HOURS, ATTENDANCE, AND TIME-OFF

The regular working schedule for most employees and staff members of the Company is from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10 AM and 6PM.  Saturday’s shall be working in case of necessity and work load.

Leave taken by the employee should be with prior notice and in case of sudden emergency situation, intimation to be provided to the team.

Roles and responsibilities delegated to the employees should be completed solely by them, but no restrictions on discussing or learning the methods to complete the work.

An employee can take minimum of two days work from home in a week. But should be virtually available to office.

Any and all information and data that is created, discovered, kept, and maintained by the Company will be considered as confidential information of the Company. Confidential information will include, but is not limited to, the following:

All users of this confidential information are  strictly obliged to maintain the aforementioned with utmost confidence and will ,in no way or form,  disseminate this information, whether in part or in whole to any individual, party, or entity that is not under this Policy and/or is a direct associate of the Company.

5. TERMINATION

Any and all of the employees and staff members who have been terminated, whether at the end of the contract or prematurely terminated by the Company, or have voluntarily decided to leave the Company, will no longer be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by this Company Policy.

Amendments of modification with the above policies will be adhered to by the management as it will be warranted.
